About Lara
After obtaining her degree in social and organisational psychology at Leiden University in 1995, Lara began to work as an organisational consultant. Since 2005 as an independent consultant, providing advice and facilitating change processes in profit and non-profit organisations of all kinds. In The Netherlands and abroad.

Lara advises and guides the client towards achieving the results and changes he or she is looking for. She gets things done in her capacity as:
Process Manager
Directing processes of complex change issues involving numerous conflicts of interest, and ensuring a successful outcome.
Facilitator
Preparing and facilitating various meetings e.g. conferences, seminars, project team and round table meetings, dialogue sessions, and supervision between colleagues.
Advisor
Counselling and assisting with complexities connected to change and HR matters.
Trainer
Conducting sessions in consulting skills, process management, intervention skills, change management for consultants and HR staff.
